Brief Description: Post paint engine reinstallation
My brother Bernie and I started the day out by removing the fuselage from the paint booth. We then dismantled the support fixture. With the fuselage parked in the other bay of the garage we first installed the engine and then the landing gear. After lunch we reinstalled the throttle and carburetor mixture control cables and rigged them. After a break to cut the grass one last time before winter arrives I cleaned, etched, abraded and rinsed the ailerons and flaps and then hung them in the paint booth to dry in preparation for piming them.
